Advocates for Commuter, Consumer, and Transport Workers’ Rights
Naniniwala ang PASADA na sa pinagkaisang lakas at ting ng mga Pilipinong mananakay, konsumer at transport workers, makakalikha tayo ng isang lipunang payapa, may katarungan at paggalang sa mga batayang karapatan ng tao at Bayan.
1. We believe in God Almighty, creator of Heavens and the earth.
2. We believe in the duality in man. Man has the innate desire to do good and to commit evil against others.
3. We believe in a society of laws, not of men. The law brings the best in man. Government is just a vessel of the people to attain a just, humane and rights-conscious society.
4. Men have inalienable rights and these rights should always be of paramount importance to all.
5. We believe that men have the right to travel where he chooses to. Government must provide the infrastructure to allow men to exercise this right.
6. Government must ensure that men have free access to resources, according to their needs.
7. Men have the rights to be sold products and services at a reasonable price.
8. We believe in transforming society to attain everyone’s aspirations and dreams.
What we do (Aming Mga Gawain)
- Organize People
- Raise awareness of commuter and consumer rights
- Establish solidarity with other sectors of society in pursuit of fundamental human and people’s rights
- Create a collective consciousness among Filipinos of their inherent rights to a commuter and consumer-friendly society
